Why I give up half the Commission to be an EBA

I love helping first time home buyers, relocations – both in and out of MN, move up and down size purchases as well as investors to find the right combination of loan, price, and other options to maximize their investment.

In this Sellers’ market, each neighborhood is a bit different, but low inventory is creating a multiple offer situation on most properties, especially those that don’t need much in the way of fixing deferred maintenance.  However, I have seen even homes with alot of deferred maintenance sell in multiple offers over list price.  Helping Buyers navigate this situation is my goal and providing the tools to help Buyers make informed decisions and quickly moving to write their best offer to get it in front of Sellers is what I do.
